The stainless steel body feels solid and doesn't hold onto yesterday's lunch smell like plastic ones do. My kid loves the pups on the lid, and the little fork actually stays clipped in place instead of getting lost in his backpack.
The stainless steel feels way sturdier than the plastic boxes we went through last year, and the fork actually clips in so it doesn't rattle around. My daughter's sandwiches and grapes stay separate thanks to the removable insert, which means no soggy bread by lunchtime.
The bento insert pops out easily, so I can pack yogurt in the bottom and fruit on top without it all mixing together. The fork that comes with it is actually sturdy, not the flimsy plastic kind. My kid uses it every single day at school.
