We were skeptical about fitting four full sandwiches in there, but the compartments hold everything without crushing the bread. The bento layer gets packed first for lunch and the snack box on top keeps fruit separate, so nothing ends up soggy by noon.
The bento section is genius for keeping snacks separate from the main sandwich, so nothing gets soggy by lunchtime. Four sandwiches fit perfectly, and the pink is even prettier in person.
My daughter actually eats the crustless sandwiches now because they don't get squished flat in the four-slot compartment, and the pink lid makes her feel like it's a treat. It's a hassle to wash by hand since it's not dishwasher safe, but seeing her lunchbox come back empty every day is worth it.
