Filled it with chili at 7am and it was still steaming at lunch. The lid screws on tight enough that nothing leaked in my bag, which was my main worry. Six hours of actual heat is more than I expected from something this size.
Took this on a hike and the cold pasta salad was still chilled after four hours in a warm backpack. Lid screws on tight, no leaks at all.
My soup was still steaming at 1pm after I packed it at 7am, which I honestly didn't expect from something this size. The lid seals properly too, no leaks in my bag on the way in.
