Took the bento box out and it fits four sandwiches easily, which is perfect for my son's bigger appetite days. The fork clips right in so nothing rattles around in his backpack.
Bought this for my son's Hot Wheels obsession and the divider tray is genius, grapes on one side and crackers on the other so nothing gets soggy. Without the insert it swallows four sandwiches easily for days he wants a bigger lunch.
The bento insert actually keeps the grapes from rolling into the sandwich, which was my biggest gripe with our old box. On days I skip it, four sandwiches fit fine for my hungry 8-year-old. The fork clips in snug too.
